Our family of three (my husband, our 3-year-old, and I) stayed at Hotel Viaggio Mazatlán for 5 days and had such a great experience! The location is perfect. close to all the main attractions and nightlife, but still quiet enough at night to relax. Having the beach just steps away was amazing! We loved watching the bandas and vendors from the comfort of the hotel.
The hotel was very clean and well-maintained. Our room was cleaned daily, which we really appreciated. We also went with the all-inclusive option and it was totally worth it! The food was good, and the morning restaurant staff were so friendly and attentive! we made sure to tip good every time because they truly deserved it.
The only downside was the night staff at the restaurant. they weren’t very welcoming or attentive, which made it hard to even leave a tip. But overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend Hotel Viaggio to other families visiting Mazatlán!
