"The daytime front desk staff was not helpful at all. Barely spoke to us. The night staff was nice. The room was extremely small and cramped. Would never atay here again."
"This is a wonderful, small family owned hotel in the best walkable, quiet and scenic part of Punta del Este. Recognizing that this is an older hotel and may appear a little bit rustic, it is in the best location imaginable. It is a short walk too. The port and the dining options in the neighborhood are spectacular. It is a family run operation with friendly staff. You’ll also love to meet Rosie the poodle who greets everybody when they arrive."
