We stayed for 6 nights in a 2 bedroom apartment.
The hotel is at the top of a steep hill but that means it is quiet and peaceful, away from the hustle and bustle of the resorts below. Probably not a hotel for anyone who struggles with mobility.
Check in was ok, emailed in advance to advise we were arriving before 5pm check in and ask for a specific grade of room which we had paid for. Arrived at 2pm but didn’t get a room until 5pm
The hotel has everything you would want within its own and the adjoining sister hotel (Hollywood Miarge).
Rooms are spacious and generally comfortable. They are a bit dated and could do with a refresh.
Staff are friendly and helpful and there is an hourly bus down to the resort (and back again).
No evening facilities at this hotel but lots to do at the sister hotel next door.
Would recommend but needs a facelift.

Stay here a lot the pool is great for the kids and there’s always something on around it with the animation team.
Does need some money spent on it as it’s looking tired and the furniture in the room is dated

This is a noisy area, including aqua aerobics around the pool every day and music in the front and back of the hotel. So if you want to be in that sort of area, it's great. Room was soundproof but there was no air conditioning. We were led to believe access to the spa was included but it was an extra 17 euros per entry. Hotel was clean, breakfast was good and beds were very comfortable. Bathroom was great and generally we had a good time.
