The hotel is close to a city elevator; just make sure to catch it before it closes, or you will be hiking up several flights of stairs. "Everything was great. One suggestion: enable a type of bar-code for guests who purchase self-parking to automatically open gate upon scanning it. Getting car in and out was a bit of a hassle. Not nearly as bad as NOI Vitacura's basement spiral going 4 levels below ground, but still an extra step to get out. I think this is a common theme for Chile cities though - car usage is somewhat inconvenient in cities, streets are narrow, parking is awkward. Other than that though - this hotel was absolutely wonderful!"

"This hotel location is the best, you can walk to almost everywhere. Needs some improvements on ampliancies like refrigerators or tv. It’s not coffee machine in the room and you will receive a water bottle as welcome, but after that you will need to pay for it. Service is very nice and goes beyond to help, we are grateful to Felipe who helps us all the time. Security is one of the most important value on this property and make us feel comfortable and safe. The common areas are very comfortable and we love the roof bar close to the warm pool with warming gas heaters and the palm trees decoration."
