"A bit of a strange experience when spending £250 for the night. No staff to great you and explain how everything works and nothing in the room either not even a bottle of water. Just a text message with door code and key left in an envelope. The street and those surrounding were very quiet. "We traveled as a family 4 ( 2 young kids under 6) and I couldnt speak more highly of this hotel. Their facilities, their restaurants, their staff, the drcor and ambience its truly exceptional. My son had a medical emergency he got an eye infection (no fault.of the hotel putisde the hotwl) they called a doctor for us in the middle of the night, they gollowed up with doctor, they chsng3d hotel resevatuons for us. They do so with such a level of kindneas and service its rare to see."
