S.taff were very good, some minor issues with the room cleaner not replacing many items such as tea bags, tissues, and even emptying the rubbish bin

Our stay at Ilum Home Experience Hotel in Buenos Aires from May 12–24 was absolutely unforgettable. We traveled to celebrate our wedding anniversary on May 14, and thanks to the incredible staff, this became one of the most special trips of our lives. We especially want to recognize the amazing front desk team: Matias, Jose, Martina, Denise, Milena, Gonzalo N, and Gonzalo R. Their kindness, professionalism, local recommendations, and genuine care made us feel completely at home. A heartfelt thank you also to Melanie, Melody, the breakfast team, and the chef who prepared the most delicious chicken soup for me upon request. We are also deeply grateful to Debora and the housekeeping team for keeping our room immaculate every single day and always going the extra mile for our comfort. Special thanks to manager Florencia Gonzalez for the thoughtful champagne gift for our anniversary and the beautiful welcome wine courtesy from the hotel and Expedia. The hotel’s location in Palermo Hollywood is another huge highlight. It is one of the best neighborhoods in Buenos Aires—safe, vibrant, beautiful, and surrounded by incredible restaurants and cafés. Ilum Home Experience is no longer just a hotel for us; it is our home in Buenos Aires. We cannot wait to return.
