"The property itself was very clean, modern and very nice. The bathroom was spotless, and the linens lookked new and fresh. The room was spacious and quiet. I would give this property 5 stars except i had to wait over 5 minutes at checkin for someone to actually come to the front desk (approx 9pm), and i asked for a late checkout and was told it would cost $30 extra dollars for a noon checkou! (checkout is 11) I travel a lot for work and pleasure, and I have never been charged for a late checkout. The room was $90+ Tax and the absurdity of having to pay extra for a late checkout. There have been times where a hotel had already granted to many late checkouts and so they tild me no, but to pay extra? I was on a work trip and i cut my morning meeting short because I was not about to pay 30% extra for an extra hour purely for the principle of the thing. This is a nice property but I will be staying somewhere else next trip unless the greedy management changes this policy. "

"Please don’t change a thing. The kitchen was stocked with essentials which was great. The fresh baked cookies were delicious and we loved the breakfast buffet options. Free laundry is wonderful when you’re a family with young kids. It was a nice, homey place to stay when visiting family."

"It’s was just doable. Beds aren’t that comfortable, it’s clean enough, breakfast was microwave egg sandwich’s and cereal. It is new but that’s about all it has going for it. "
