For a $500 a night stay I would have expected that breakfast would be uncluded?
Stayed on the 6th floor where the carpet was very badly stained n the landing.
Looked like someone was either sick or had explosive diarrhoea.
Few bits of staining in the room also!
The room was fine but the complete lack of power sockets in the room was ridiculous.
Everything needed plugging into an exstension cable under the bed.
Bathroom was clean however no door on the shower meant a very wet floor when you took one.
$500 dollar room with a view would be nice but a $500 room with an internal view of another building, wires and air con units was not for me.
The Gallerie bar was very good and enjoyed some decent cocktails and drinks
Would I stay again, probably not given this visit.

"I was given early check in which I really appreciated. My sheets were dirty upon arrival & I had to change them myself after showing the housekeeper the dirty sheets she said “they are probably just stained.” Not a bad stay, but could’ve been better."
