The room we stayed in was very very dark, very little natural light and lighting in the room was not fully functional.
Room was also right on top and I mean right on top of the elevator, so pretty steady stream of noise into our room from there.

Everything was great, however the pool itself was not heated, it was cold and no one really stayed in it for that reason. Thankfully there was a hot tub.

Room was spacious, clean & well set up. Nice that they use Dyptique hand soap shampoo & shower gel. That is a 5 star touch.
Bed was nice and very quiet location.

AMAZING!!!
Do NOT listen to all of the negative reviews. When I first found this listing I was really unsure because there was so many bad reviews. I took a chance and booked anyway. The stay was phenomenal. Check in was super easy and the company/host was very responsive. Very close to train station as well. They sent text messages and even let us know the room was ready for check in around 2pm instead of waiting until 4pm check in. The room was super clean and nice. No issues with anything. Great location walking distance to downtown, south end, china town and more.
For the negative comments about shared bathrooms- they are perfectly fine!! We passed them several times in our 5 day stay and they were super clean and the halls smelled really good.
The only thing that could be a little better was hotter water for showering but outside of that amazing stay and shower was still warm. I made sure to take pictures because with all of the negative reviews- photos help.

Unfortunately the shower curtain and bathroom counter were full of hair, like the person who stayed before me had cut their hair in it and it was everywhere. But the staff were really nice and customer service oriented so they made it a nice stay.

I was under the impression that the continental breakfast came with the room price, I was unpleasantly surprised when I had to pay $50 extra dollars for a breakfast I had already expected to have available to me with the price of the room. That really bothered me.

Room was decorated nice but and liked the lay out pool was very different the heater was dirty and very loud needs updating . Parking was very hard to find not easy at all In winter the parking lot we had our ca in was not plowed before we left breakfast started late so couldn’t have which was inconvenient ...
