We had a great experience at Arc the Hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, accommodating, informative and professional! The hotel was very nice, clean, and close/walkable to many restaurants, Parliament Hill and many other cool spots. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Close to every thing we needed during our stay. We were in tow for Ironman so was great location. Glad we didn’t need car as parking was very tight for an SUV.

The room was clean and up to date! The beds were comfy and clean! The bathroom was clean and functional, the shower pressure was perfect! The breakfast was great I loved how they changed the hot meal part slightly everyday so it didn’t get too boring! For example one day was everything to make a breakfast sandwich the next was the typical scrambled eggs, home fries and sausage! It was great! The sausages were very oily so watch out for that lol! Other than that I have nothing negative to say!
