"Stayed in a king cabin with fireplace. Although it was listed as riverfront, there was no view from the balcony and the traffic noise from the highway interfered with the sound of the river. We were pleasantly surprised how clean everything was at the lodge and cabin. The evening social and breakfast were very nice. We did miss not having a microwave in the room but stayed only one night so it wasn’t too inconvenient. There is an excellent restaurant just down the road. Would definitely stay again."

"For the purpose of spending the night or 2, this hotel is perfect. We booked a suite and were surprised on how spacious the room was, and it came with 3 queen beds. The motel looks run down on the outside. The vicinity looks safe as it is within the business area, we did spot stragglers nearby but not too bothersome, someone forgot to roll up their car window and the car wasn't ransacked. The city does have dedicated park for homeless folks. Wifi did not work for us, bathroom is clean but a bit run down as well. We will definitely stay here again."

"This is a clean and comfortable house right on the Rogue River. It has a large, well-stocked kitchen, with a dining table for 8, and a cozy living room. All the appliances are up to date, including the washer and dryer. There is a spacious deck with views up and down the river. It's where we spent most of our time when at the house. There is also a lovely, shaded garden area with plenty of seating and a fire pit, which can be used outside the summer months. You can access the river right at the house, which some of us used to cool off on warm days. We very much enjoyed our stay. Be aware that the river access is a little tricky, and the footing probably not appropriate for anyone who is unsteady on their feet. As other reviewers have noted, there is also a lot of road noise from I-5, which is directly across the river. It dies down somewhat at night. If you live in a city, as some of us do, the road noise will probably just seem like white noise. But if you are looking for a quiet country retreat, this is probably not it. Be aware also that EV charging at the house is not allowed."
