In Plainfaing, 20 km from Gérardmer and at the foot of the Col du Bonhomme which leads to Alsace, the house is located on the edge of the RD23, relatively quiet and not frequented by heavy vehicles. We offer you our fully renovated condominium.
On site you have 2 parking spaces (courtyard closed by remote controlled gate).

The door, located on the ground floor (adjoining corridor), opens onto the kitchen which includes the appliances (fridge, gas stove (4 burners, oven), microwave oven, electric coffee maker and Senseo, kettle, raclette set etc.) and the utensils necessary for cooking and dining (no dishwasher). A door leads to the bathrooms (dishwasher, bathroom (walk-in shower) and separate toilet). The second door opens onto the dining room (large table and chairs), living room (39-inch TV, 1 3-seater sofa, 2 armchairs) and, set back, the double bedroom area with new and quality BZ (Simmons mattress 15 cm) with wardrobe and bedside. Please note that this space, next to the living room (blackout curtain) and at the foot of the stairs that go upstairs, is not suitable for a couple looking for significant privacy.
Upstairs there are 2 double bedrooms (2 double beds with wardrobes and possibility of adding beds (small child and/or 1 person), wardrobes) and a bathroom equipped with shower and separate toilet, as well as a mini snack/breakfast area (coffee maker, microwave, small fridge, cutlery, etc.). One of the 2 bedrooms is also equipped with a TV.

Apart from the courtyard (parking), you have a terrace at the back and a shed allowing the storage of 2 wheels (on one level), skis etc. This shed also includes a small lounge intended in particular for smokers (like the owner;) in wet weather. Clotheslines outside and in the cellar, dryer access possible (see with owners).

The house is located close to the ski slopes*, hiking trails and local tourist attractions (parks, Alsace wine route, Confiserie des hautes-Vosges less than a kilometre away, etc.). Local shops in the village (bakery-pastry shop, pharmacy, bars-tabac, restaurants/pizzeria, motorhome parking with laundromat. Supermarket 5 km away, in the neighbouring village (Fraize).
