"They failed to mention that this property is based inside of a nursing home. There was no housekeeping, and it was very difficult to get fresh towels and toilet paper. "If you're looking for a charming place that captures the authentic character of Nice, this is an ideal place to stay. My family and I had a wonderful time here. The hotel is in a fantastic location, right across from the beach, with beautiful surroundings. It's also about a 15-minute walk from the tram, which makes it easy to explore Nice and get around the city. Air conditioning, clean room and friendly staff. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay. We really enjoyed our experience and would happily stay here again the next time we're in Nice!"
