"The room was perfect size for the standard that we chose. However, for a 4* hotel I expect some amenity of some sort. They have no bar, no gym, no restaurant and therefore no room service per se. They only have one elevator which can be time consuming to try and get on since everyone shares the same elevator including hotel staff. We went to check the breakfast and for 21 euros I expected more than scrambled eggs that looked like pale mush and not appealing bacon or sausage. I would rather go next door to hotel and get a coffee and croissant. "

"Our stay was for four nights. The rooms were clean on entry , decent size rooms with a spacious terrace(balcony) , well stacked kitchen with drinking water, toiletries and coffee/sugar satchets . It would be better if there was daily cleaning of our rooms and regular refill of toiletries. Also to note the heater was not functioning and we had to wait three nights before the technician came in to repair (on the last night). The coffee and sugar satchets were to be picked up daily from Reception and wasn’t replenished into the apartment. Finally we had workers on our balcony doing painting and repair work for a higher floor apartment without any prior intimation nor permission. For info there is an additional cost for pets per night for stay (no pet bowl, no poop bags or pet food provided as part of the extra cost). Despite these issues, I still appreciated the good location of the hotel. "

"My stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful! The customer service was exceptional — the staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The location is stunning, just a short distance from Dune du Pilat, offering breathtaking views and a peaceful atmosphere. The setting is beautiful and relaxing, making it the perfect getaway. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!"

"Points positifs: communication avec l’agence,Personnes adorables ,Points negatifs: appartement vetuste, volet sales et bruyants, le lit ne peut pas se mettre en canapé sous peine detre déboîté, le recipenit de la clim doit etre vidé….. en gros toutes les 2h de fonctionnement .. concernant l’appart sur rue est extremement bruyant des 5h du matin jusqu’à 2h du matin avec les commerces en bas de l’immeuble.Sejour raté."

"Three generations stayed at the villa, including children aged between 4 and 14. Very well equipped kitchen, large living space including ample outside dining area. Good size bedrooms, three en suite. Charlotte was friendly informative and always available to answer questions. Pleasant walk through the woods to the lovely Pereire beach. Boulangerie, grocery store, pharmacy etc all within a short walk. The number 3 bus stop is a two minue walk away and takes only ten minutes to central Arcachon. Some have commented that the pool was cold, but we found it to be ideal - the children spent many happy hours in the pool every day. Overall, a spacious villa in a lovely area. We enjoyed our time there enormously"

"Overall a good stay,loved the area and would definitely come back. The parking is difficult,unless you have a tiny car. We found it difficult to get in and out of the courtyard where you can park. The apartment was also quite difficult to find when we got there. "
