This hotel was a delight for what it is (2 star or whatever- basic), the pool was really nice, with great high quality sun loungers- the staff so helpful- especially Killian who gave us recommendations and helped charge our electric rental car. small room but clean and cheerful. we returned there in the same week cancelling a different hotel as we liked it so much!

Breakfast was ok, had a few different options and enough to keep you going. All fresh! Room was big enough for the 3 of us, but would have liked to have amenities to make a hot drink, however didn’t realise this wasn’t available in the family room we were given.

When we first got there, I was a bit skeptical as it's located next to the highway in a huge attraction park area. We actually had a great time in the hotel. Lovely decoration, super friendly staff, room was large and nice with a small terrasse and the bed was super comfy. Would definitely come back.

La chambre était propre. L'époque de la bouteille d'eau dans la chambre est loin. Aujourd'hui c'est un gobelet en carton. Pour le petit-déjeuner, classique. Peu de choix mais un carrot cake à se damner. La salle de sports n'est accessible qu'à partir de 07:00. Si vous commencez à travailler tôt, vous êtes perdus.

Excellente expérience lors de notre séjour d'une nuit. Le personnel est vraiment très sympa et nous avons pu bénéficier d'un changement de chambre suite à un incident provoqué par notre animal de compagnie. La chambre est suffisamment spacieuse et équipée d'un très grand lit bien confortable nous étions ravi. Il n'y a pas de restaurant dans l'hôtel mais à quelques minutes à pied il y a de quoi manger.

Ventilation bruyante même au minimum, Désagréable la nuit. Heureusement je n’y ai passé qu’une nuit. L’horaire de remise des chambres, 11h30 pas top surtout si vous faites des randonnées à vélo, j’aurais aimé pouvoir profiter de la région un peu plus la dernière journée et pouvoir prendre un douche au moins jusqu’à 14h. Du coup j’ai avancé mon départ en train.

Hôtel bien placé, très bon rapport qualité prix. Le parking gratuit, le petit-déjeuner compris est très bien. Personnel accueillant, déco sympa. Arcachon à quelques minutes en voiture. Nous reviendrons si nous devons revenir sur Arcachon.
