"Een hele fijne locatie om Normandië te verkennen. Het huis is conform de advertentie van alle gemakken voorzien en Houlgate bereik je binnen 5 minuten met de auto. Je zit dan zo aan het strand en er is voldoende parkeerruimte. Het huis is schoon, de tuin is goed afgezet zodat een hond zonder problemen mee kan en beschikt over uitstekende bedden. Het contact met Chantal en Laurent verloopt erg makkelijk zowel in het Frans als in het Engels. Ze zijn erg vriendelijk en geven goede uitleg over wat zich in het huis bevindt.Het huis ligt vlak bij een mooi aangelegde en uitdagende golfbaan. Voor ons zeker een locatie om te onthouden voor een volgend bezoek."

"Parfaite localisation tout peut être fait à pied. Appartement très agréable( refait à neuf .literie très bien) avec sa grande salle de vie.la chambre parentale est spacieuse. Très calme . Notre hôte Sohaib a répondu au quart de tour à toutes nos questions."

"Le Bien est un peu vieillot, mais les extérieurs sont très agréables quoi que le terrain un peu pentu.Concernant la localisation vous avez un accès très rapide au centre-ville et à la plage de Villers et à la côte de manière générale, nous irons passer un très bon séjour"

"Arrived late afternoon after a long drive, Staff spoke reasonably good english which helped, all staff spoke and welcomed us and was attentive. Sign on car park outside the premises said was 40 euro per day parking so we parked on the road outside, when we went inside to ask if that was correct, the man said it was only 8 euros per day for residents. We paid this and parked in their secure parking area. We were disappointed to learn that there was a fee to use the pool (10 euros per hour) Room was great, looked like it was newly fitted out and had everything you would need for any stay. It was clean and furniture was comfortable especially the bed. Room overlooked the car park which was great to be able to keep an eye on my car. The view from the living room window, you was able to see the sea...all be it a small part. The room was also quiet with no noises waking us up which was great. We ordered breakfast for our last morning which cost 18euro each. To be honest, we felt that it was not worth this much and was very disappointed. The baguettes were ok but all the other bread was stale. The cold Buffet was sparse and the hot section with just hot dog sausages and cold scrambled egg. Other than breakfast, we had a good stay but if we went back I would check up on the breakfast first. Thank you."
