This would have been a lovely place to stay, except for the problem with the room temperature. It was a miserable 84 degrees and there was no way to activate the air conditioning. We asked at the desk and they first said it couldn't be changed. Then they sent a person to show us how to use the in-room thermostat control, but changing the settings did nothing. We called the desk again in the evening and were finally told that the air conditioning was turned off because it's "not needed at this time of year". Our room had a nice balcony, but we couldn't leave the door open because mosquitoes were coming into the room, so we spent a night trying to sleep in a hot room. Fortunately, we were only staying one night.

Lovely hotel with a nice terrace with views of the park. The bed was amazing, as was the bathtub !
Dinner in the main restaurant was amazing! Had the best magret de canard on my entire month long trip across France. Love this place
