"Emplacement superbe mais pas facile d’accès. Le troisième espace nuit est aussi difficile d’accès et peut etre trop mansardé (wc non présent à cet étage, donc qui dort la haut doit avoir une bonne “résistance”. Cela applique si plus de 4 hotes. Si non, tout est parfait: douche et deux wc parfaitement accesibles. La terrasse vue mer a table et chaises suffisantes pour apero et petit déj. A quelques centaines de mètres vous etes sur les rochers des calanques: magnifique! La petit plage prés du resto la baie des singes est à 15 minutes à pied. Sublime pour une fin de journée avec moins de monde. Guillaume super dispo et attentif."

"<> We arrived at this hotel expecting a room on the first floor as advised, but were allocated a suite duplex on the second floor. While charming, it quickly became apparent this room wasn't suitable for our family. The narrow stairs and sloping ceilings on the top floor posed a genuine concern, the low headroom created a safety risk, particularly for taller guests. What could have been a frustrating experience turned into a masterclass in customer service. The hotel management responded immediately and graciously, moving us to their largest room on the first floor (Room 6). They went above and beyond by offering complimentary breakfast for the children, demonstrating genuine care for our satisfaction. Room 6 exceeded all expectations. High ceilings, a lovely private balcony, and stunning ocean views made it the perfect base for our stay. We were actually prepared to check out early due to the initial room issue, but decided to stay, a decision we don't regret for a moment. The entire team handled the situation with professionalism, warmth, and efficiency. This is the standard of customer service that should be the norm in hospitality, not the exception. If every hotel demonstrated this level of commitment to guest satisfaction, the industry would be exceptional."

"The room was good. Except apparently no air conditioning for the whole week. If you left the windows open it was cool, however mosquitos would find their way in. If you do laubdry make sure you have coins, no credit card and the machine doesn’t give you change, nor does a store you have to buy something. Staff was helpful. Overall was good. Close to bus station if you want to travel downtown marseille, and you can walk to the waterfront in town "
