  • Boca Vista is a waterfront community. Wonderful views of Gasparilla Sound, the ICW, and Boca Grande, Florida. The property offers a large, heated swimming pool, hot tub, gas grills, kayak launch, and tennis court. This two-bedroom, two-bathroom plus den condo is located on the fourth floor with views of Gasparilla Sound. The Master bedroom has a Queen bed, the Guest Bedroom has 2 twin beds, and the Den has a futon. January through March requires a three-month rental. The condo is nonsmoking and does not allow pets.
