Relax on the screened lanai with sweeping bay views or stroll to the private beach for sunset. The home includes a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, and all the comforts you need for an extended getaway Accommodates up to seven guests (one king bedroom, one queen bedroom, two futons, and an extra twin mattress). Amenities include satellite WiFi, air conditioning, 75 inch Smart TV, books, games, cornhole, darts, hammock, beach chairs and towels, kayak, two paddleboards, and community dock for boats up to 24 feet. Everything you need for a wonderful vacation on the beach. The clothes dryer is a little loud and is missing the lint filter, so a few articles of clothing went missing…but we found them below the house where the dryer vent blows out. The owners had double-booked and there was someone in our unit. We were unable to reach them until 8 am the next day. They were not available from 10pm until the morning. Scott was pleasant to communicate with and made amends by giving us two-nights free and use of his private golf cart. He was also genuinely apologetic which was greatly appreciated after all of the difficulties. It’s a quiet space and the owners were kind.
