The kitchen is small with custom wood cabinets, granite counter tops, microwave hood, flat top electric stove. The 24" refrigerator is included.  
  
Large bedroom with lots of light and a bigger closet  
  
Oversized Split mini-pump uses refrigeration technology to cool or heat quickly. Three overhead fans circulate the air quickly. The bathroom has its own electric heater  
  
Beautifully tiled bathroom with large walk-in shower  
  
Large sunny private deck with 200 sqft of low maintenance ironwood with surrounding planters

#### Perfectly Accommodating ♡

My hubby and are are buying a home in Area and needed a short-term rental meanwhile. We couldn't of found a more suitable place. Layout of In-law was better than expected. Master bedroom was cozy and spacey. Amenities were more than enough. Equipped with plentiful utensiels and cookware. Appliances were new, good quality, and well maintained. Split AC/Heater and WiFi were great features. Quaint Patio providing an outdoor fan, seating, lighting w/ timer option and BBQ. It was also a pleasure sharing the lot with Jay & Sheri, whom are the co-owners of property. Jay himself built the in-law unit and did a fantastic job. I would recommend Anderson rental property without hesitation. Great stay-cation 👌!
