Placentia Area Theatre d'Heritage Park

Parking was easy and good, the rooms were clean and modern, and the hotel is clean and modern, the staff was friendly, polite, and professional, we requested to have a room that didn't allow pets because of our allergies and it wasn't a issue, There isn't any morning breakfast available but perhaps a voucher for Denny's which is attached to the hotel could be given. We found that the beds were too soft we are use to a firm mattress. You are in close distance to several shopping areas, eg. (Walmart, Grocery Store, Fast Food, Canadian Tire, Avalon Mall, etc ) and about 10 minute drive from downtown St John's. We would stay there again.

The staff are not there all the time, but they met us to let is in. There are lots of items available, for an extra charge. Parking is included, and that is a plus. It is a beautiful home, but very expensive compared to other options. Walkable, if you are in good shape, to downtown. Beds were comfortable and it was quiet.
