This unit can be rented by itself or with one or both of the other two units that are part of the property to accommodate anywhere from 1-14 guests (see VRBO #'s at the end of this description). Mirasol Mini Villa has a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher and a table that seats six, a spacious living room, a large deck overlooking the yard, master bedroom with en suite bathroom, a second bathroom that is shared by the other two bedrooms and can be accessed from the living room, and a laundry room with washer and drier. The property has beautiful landscaping, is steps from the beach and is within easy walking distance to many excellent restaurants and several grocery stores. Features: • Master bedroom with king bed, large closet area and en suite bathroom • Second bedroom with queen bed • Third bedroom with two twin beds • Second bathroom accessible from living room and shared by bedrooms 2 and 3 • Spacious living room with TV • Fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher and a dining area with a table for six • WiFi • Large private deck overlooking the lush yard with hammock, plenty of comfortable seating and another dining table • Shared with other units: pool, charcoal grill, and shaded outdoor seating (pool is only for Mirasol guests) • Laundry room with washer and drier • Air conditioning in all bedrooms and the living room Parking notes: No parking available at the property. You can only reach the home by foot. If you do bring a car you can choose to park it either at the basketball court (3 min walk from the home) or by the pier of Placencia Village (5 min walk from the home) Note this property is a Self Catering Property and will require a separate rental agreement with house rules. We had booked Marisol for a trip for my adult brothers, sister, Mom, and myself to visit a relative in Belize. Upon arrival the host met us and informed us that the air conditioning unit in the master bedroom was not working, but they had already contacted an electrician to look at it. Turned out the unit was bad but the crew was there the next day to replace it. This was just an example of the great service that the host provided, and the unit itself was clean, spacious, and close to the beach, restaurants, and docks. The kitchen was very complete, as we did make our own food several times. The master bedroom was large and comfortable with its own bathroom. The 2 other bedrooms shared a bathroom, which worked good for us. The BEST things about this place was that we had such good "customer service" from Dwayne Flowers and his team. We got into town in the rain, with lots of traffic and road construction and we could not find our place to park. We called Dwayne Flowers and his assistant sent someone to meed us within minutes and she helped us park, and walked us to our condo. She was so helpful and kind. Great location right near the beach and sidewalk. The apt was very well furnished and the kitchen was fully stocked with anything we needed. The pool was a nice feature to have on the hot, humid days. Ron from Flowers Property Management was amazing, he was super responsive and assisted us on anything we needed.
