A three story concrete house that can sleep up to 8 people, nestled behind a 6 foot fence with an electric gate for ease, privacy and security. It has 3 large bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. Bedroom 1 occupies the whole top floor with a private balcony and panoramic views of the Caribbean Sea. The Placencia lagoon and the Mayan mountains are also visible from the property. Bedroom 2 and 3 are on the main second floor and have a queen and 2 single beds respectively. All bedrooms have private balconies with sea views, so get used to waking up to the spectacular sunrise each morning from your bedroom! Also if required the main couch unfolds to a queen size futon for those extra 2 guests. The house is equipped with a modern kitchen and includes hardwood cabinetry, all new stainless steel appliances, kitchen utensils and cookware. This open concept kitchen offers views of the lagoon and sea. A beautiful live edge mahogany slab dining table seats everyone. It’s the ultimate in form and function. The house is carefully crafted to include the use of local hardwoods. A hand-carved wooden door by a local artisan greets guests to the main floor. The furniture and platform beds are also locally designed and manufactured with Belizean hardwoods. The house is equipped with Wi-Fi, USB access in each bedroom, a washer and dryer, a/c units in all living areas and two 40 inch flat screen smart TV’s. If the ocean doesn't do it for you, no stress! The pool is huge and ranges from the adult section which is 6 feet deep, to the kids area, just 3 feet deep. The pool has a water fountain, an outdoor shower and lights to use at night. Guests have full access to the house and the pool. We were welcomed to a beautiful pool and deck right on the other side of the front gate. This was followed by an even more beautiful layout of the 3 floor home with 180 views of the beach and each bedroom and living room had its own walk out patio. I loved the ability to go on the patio early in the morning and do my light stretching to the sound of the ocean as my kids slept in. It was a beautiful and comfortable house. Our family loved the pool and enjoyed the kayaks in the ocean. The main floor of the house was great! The kitchen was well stocked for cooking a few meals. It was nice to be able to do some laundry while we were there. The 3rd floor room was nice, but a little warm. We appreciated the fenced property for safety. The wood doors and furniture were beautiful, such a nice touch. The management company was responsive and took care of an issue we had the next day. Large, comfortable, well laid out space. Ocean views and breezes, huge spacious pool, and oh so quiet neighborhood. A bit of a drive north but worth every extra minute getting there. The large top of the house suite really like nothing usually found- makes for a quiet comfortable space away from others with great en-suite master bathroom. WOW. Management right on top of things. Zun our host was top notch and answered any questions via WhatsApp immediately. Where can I start? The house is immaculate and spacious it’s an absolute showstopper. Our 15 year olds had a blast in the pool and so did the adults. The gate opens to the beach and we played out there until we were tired and then played in the pool. I’ve always had issues in Placencia with internet but this house was the best so far. Every room is super private and you can retire in peace while everyone is in the living room. The master bedroom is beautiful but the view from the balcony is the deal. Every room has a balcony overlooking the ocean with chairs on them. There is an electric gate and the entire property is fenced. All appliances worked like they should. It is on the north end of Placencia and it’s a 15 minute drive to the main strip.
