This house is 100% equipped! The attention to detail is unmatched for a rental property. Additionally, it is the perfect location to the village, less than a 1/2 mile to the Sidewalk or a 5 minute bike ride to everything Placencia has to offer. The home owner and property managers are extremely helpful and communicative. Couldn't ask for anything more! ##### Denise S. I have to say, the house was key to our amazing vacation! From the minute we drove into the neighborhood, we felt safe and at home. The house had everything you could ever need for your stay. The bonus parts were the very large kitchen, which allowed all of us to be in there at the same time (plenty of space), the dining room table which was large enough for us to all hang and play cards, the washer and dryer (if you needed it), the living room with the large oversized super comfy couches, the large bedrooms and spacious bathrooms, and finally the pool and back patio area where we spent the majority of our time. We even had a day where we took the kayaks out in the canal. We had our car, so driving into the village was very simple and easy (minutes driving but you could walk it too). Many days, we took advantage of the guest passes included to the Placencia Beach Club. This house is perfect for a family vacation and we will definatly be back! ##### Cheryl S. ---
