The elevated position ensures unobstructed views from your private balcony. The building is located directly on the beach, putting the shared pool, hot tub, and community pier/dock within easy reach via the building lift/elevator (note: 6 steps are required to access the lift).  
  
The interior features modern furnishings, spacious living areas, a Smart TV, and full air conditioning. The full, well-equipped kitchen includes a microwave and all the essentials needed for easy, luxurious vacation cooking.
