"Nice house on a large plot of land with plenty of parking space. There is a covered outdoor eating area with a large BBQ. Fantastic location with direct access to the sea, access is across some rocks so best to wear sandals or swim shoes. Water was incredibly clear with lots of fish. Several very nice restaurants within 5-10 minutes’ walk and also a very nice bakery. Great service and communication from Klodge."

"We stayed here for 5 nights - and loved the house.It’s well stocked and spacious with quality fixtures & fittings.The outside space is compact but comfortably room for 6 loungers and a lovely dining area with views to the sea beyond. It also has a gas BBQ. Location is perfect for exploring the many lovely beaches & towns north of Olbia. "This stay was super close to beaches and Supermarket. The home was pretty but there were several cleaning, stocking, and maintenance issues. The host tried her best to communicate with us but they all only spoke Italian. We recommend Google translate handy or meta glasses."

"We really liked the place. Beach, supermarket, several restaurants at walking distance. Airconditioning in the bedrooms and living room. Outside shower in the garden next to the bbq. The terrace was great for breakfast in the morning in the shadow."
