Price includes 4 people. $25 night per person after 4 people. 10 people maximum. Sleeps 10 people comfortably in this spacious 3 bedroom 1 1/2 bath. Full kitchen equipped with dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. Towels and linens provided with washer and dryer access. Home is centrally located to Youngs store and the center of town. Grill on the deck and enjoy a small fire to end a fabulous day. (You provide your own wood, but there's lots in the woods). Pool table and plenty of games available incase you choose to stay indoors. Wi-Fi and Smart TV No Smoking, well behaved pets are welcome. We have 1 outside game camera on the property to view the wildlife roaming through the property. All trash and recycling must be removed by the renter prior to checkout. There is a transfer station (dump) close by for your convenience. Hours of the Transfer station are as follows. Please plan accordingly. Thank you. The house and property were nice. Quiet area. House was very clean. One of the rooms had a box fan which was great since i use one to sleep. Has a pool table in the basement and games in the closet. Just a heads up if you stay here. If you’re taking a shower pull up the handle and push to the left and just wait for the hot water for a min and adjust to the right. Only issue was the towels in the main bathroom were folded wet so we had to throw them in the dryer. ATV trails right down the street. Communication with the owner is was fantastic.
