This was the perfect getaway for me. Situated approx. 5 minutes from the Main Street surrounded by beautiful countryside and tranquility. I loved every minute of my stay as a solo traveller I felt very safe and looked after by the amazing staff. Deluxe room was perfect for my needs, very spacious with a lovely deep bath and separate walk-in shower. The bed was massive and one of the comfiest I’ve ever slept in. Booked this weekend break at the last minute. We were very impressed with our accommodation. The layout of our room in the courtyard was very impressive. Just a short walk to the dinning area for breakfast. Breakfast was very well presented and the right temperature so that it was very enjoyable. The staff were very helpful and helped us very much to enjoy our stay. We will definitely be back.

Our stay was a great success in no small part due to Graeme and the team. The room was a good size and the shower room very well equipped. The bed was huge and very comfortable and the bedroom well furnished. Wifi is free and works well. Breakfast is a real highlight - cooked to your liking and lovely and fresh. Graeme's knowledge of the local area is also a great boon. Highly recommended.

I was on a business trip and specifically booked the Townhouse on the back of the highly positive online reviews. I wasn't disappointed. From the perfectly-toned welcome from David onwards, I was thoroughly impressed. There are 5 rooms and I was staying in one of the smaller rooms at the top. Great location, beautiful artwork, facilities of a 5 star hotel in a homely guest house. Local produce at breakfast and a well stocked honesty bar. Hosts are attentive and lots of information for travellers. Can’t wait to return.

Visited Birchwood Pitlochry for a cycle sportive. The hosts were very friendly, 5am breakfast made available for participants in the sportive. Birchwood Pitlochry is a fantastic place to stay, close to the town centre and a walking distance to the town centre.

Quiet, clean rooms, convenient for the town centre. Fresh, well-staffed breakfast. Exceeded expectations.

Firstly, the hotel is very good and the staff are friendly. The biggest down side is the Spa, which doesn't quite live up to the 5 star experience. The Spa is clean, and its staff are friendly and knowledgable, however, the change rooms are tiny and the pool lacks atmosphere.

The hotel staff were very polite and helpful. Our room was spacious and well furnished. The shower was user friendly but took a little while to run hot. The meals were superb. It would have been a little difficult for an elderly person to have walked into the town and back as the hotel was located up a fairly steep hill, otherwise there there were no drawbacks and it's relative isolation from the town meant it was in a very quiet location. All in all an excellent experience.

Had a wonderful weekend stay in a beautiful peaceful tranquil location. Beautiful room with spectacular views and slept exceptionally well. Our host Rachel provided us with fantastic suggestions on where to go and what to do which made our stay all the better. Would definitely go back.

The staff are so welcoming and friendly. I cannot fault the cleanliness of the hotel overall. Bedroom, front enterance etc. Good variety of continental breakfast and cooked breakfast. The front grass were the group of tables are could do with a cut and one of the wooden small tables need checking as it tipped forward and our drinks fell on the grass. But, was nothing to faukt the hotel but front garden needs some attention
