clean, spacious, well-stocked with toiletries and breakfast items too. walkable distance to all iconic sites. Grace, the breakfast host, did an incredible job, very welcoming & served with options for hot coffee drinks. All together, wonderful, memorable stay!!

The property was clean and staff friendly. The only bummer was the reliability of the elevator, mostly just on the day we left, some of our group had to carry their luggage down 4 flights of stairs. But other than that it was a good experience.

The hotel is fine if you need a bed and AC near the heart of Firenze. Their WiFi only consistently works in the lobby. My phone was stolen when I arrived at the train station. Apple was able to help me replace it. I had to spend much of my first two days in Florence at the Apple Store to retire my iCloud backup to the new phone since the hotel WiFi didn’t work in my room. It wasn’t feasible for me to spend the day in the lobby. At least there was good AC at the Apple Store. I wouldn’t stay here again. It may be good for You if you don’t need to access WiFi from your room
