"Hotel rooms were great. We had a suite. It was wonderful. I made a mistake and asked the staff to help. English is a bit of a problem there. It did get resolved but it was a hassle. The housekeeping manager was amazingly helpful in the end. I’m rating this hotel purely on the rooms and cleanliness."

"Super warm - no AC in the rooms, the sheets and blankets were a bit ratty. I would recommend bringing your own. There was a small fan in the room which i moved around to keep the air flowing. It was fairly clean but could’ve used a little more attention (i.e. random sticky substance on the floor of the room, shrimp rail just outside). It’s up a very big uphill climb lol. Vending machine had no water for the whole stay, but there was a brita jug in the shared kitchen."
