"Considering the island was still recovering from Typhoon Sinlaku, this hotel was doing its best and I applaud their efforts. We are a family of 3 adults returning to visit my parents homeland. Our room was comfortable, clean and spacious, but maybe a bit dark and dated. The staff at the front desk, pool and restaurant were all very nice and accommodating. It was a lovely surprise that I loved this location away from Garapan. Thank you!"

"Staff were not always attentive at the front desk. They are too busy attending to the store operations. They can use more professional and welcoming approach, especially at checking time. Store was great! No balcony. Window view was unpleasant. Check out time was great!"

"The hotel was well cared cats for. The bed cozy. There was a fridge and hairdryer. They supplied water bottles daily. Walking distance from American Memorisl Oark, micro beach, and many restaurnts and shops. Provided airport taxi at afee."

"My room was clean and the staff was nice. The lobby is quite hot but there was a friendly cat there that greets guests. My room was close to the bar area so I could hear.the noise but I just ignored it. It would best if the doors also had double-bolt for safety. You need to bring your own shampoo and soap, too; but towel has been provided. Good aircon quality!"

"The staff were very accommodating for an early check in. The property is located in what used to be a busy part of Garapan but now feels like a ghost town (but safe). The beach is accessible. The hotel offers in room and spa services - they are worth the price! Saipan makes a great quiet destination for those who live in busy cities. "

"The host is outstanding. He responds to every question or need. The location is stunning and the view of the ocean is rewarding. It is a perfect rental for a few days to a few weeks, when the plan is to eat at all the foodie spots, and bring back leftovers. Parking is a breeze on the weekends, and a little challenging during the work day bc of the businesses that share the parking lot. Parking is located on the upper level, making the lower studio rental units available by stairs. There are a few long term renters there, supporting my good experience with the landlord. The price is excellent for the condition and location. Saipan is a gem of raw beauty and adventures. The island is diverse in culture, language, and cuisine. My rating is 4 bc of the stairs from the parking lot, weekday parking and the limited opportunity to cook meals. "
