(3,010 reviews) When we booked it was for two beds. When we got there we were in a tiny room one bed. Even though when we checked we were asked what we preferred and we said we had asked for two beds. We arrived at 9:30 am and had to wait all day to get our room. Once we were taken to our room it had one bed and looked like a broom closet. We were told there were no rooms with two beds unless we wanted to pay an additional £40 per night. We opted for the additional charge as we wanted the two beds. The original room they had us in you could barely move around as well. Not impressed.
