With a floor area of approximately 66 m², the house can accommodate up to 4 guests. It features a pleasant, bright 30 m² living area with a fully equipped open kitchen, perfect for enjoying time together.
The 11 m² bedroom upstairs has a queen-size bed (160 × 200). Upstairs, a sleeping area on the mezzanine features two single beds (90 × 190), ideal for children or friends.

A bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet complete the interior.

Outside, you’ll enjoy a large, enclosed garden of about 1,600 m², dotted with maritime pines, and featuring a furnished patio where you can enjoy sunny days.
For pets, the property is fully fenced, allowing them to roam freely.

The ocean and dunes are just a 5-minute walk away, offering a magnificent, unspoiled beach. For supervised swimming and the Sunday market, Pirou-Plage is about a 25-minute walk away. There you’ll find all the essential shops (boutiques, restaurants, bars, pizzerias, a convenience store, a bakery, a hair salon, and more).

You can buy fresh seafood just a few steps from the house—perfect for fully enjoying the local flavours.

Sheets, towels, and fiber-optic Wi-Fi are included to ensure a comfortable stay.
