Rooms were outdated

The hotel’s location was excellent. Everything was within walking distance, so we never had to worry about parking while visiting the attractions. The rooms were spacious, clean, and nicely decorated. One thing to note is that while the hotel advertises EV charging, it doesn’t mention that the chargers are Tesla-only, which was disappointing for non-Tesla owners. Unfortunately, the service didn’t match the quality of the property. Room service was slow, and when we brought it up, the staff didn’t seem particularly apologetic or eager to help. The pool was also not heated as advertised on the website. We also dined at the hotel restaurant. The food was fairly basic, and it was clear they were understaffed, which affected both the service and overall dining experience.
