When we decided to try the pool two days later, they had specific pool towels that were the size of a larger hand towel. Housekeeping did not come in the rooms until 3pm or so. One day they came at 9 a.m. and we said we will leave in 10 min please come back and no one ever did so we asked the front desk of someone could and they said no they don’t come back after one try. We finally got tired of waiting for housekeeping and started tying off garbage and dirty towels in the hallway and started a trend with neighboring rooms also agreeing how frustrated they’ve been with housekeeping. They need more housekeeping staff!" According to the website, they would serve breakfast till 10:00 AM. When one of us went to check they stopped an hour earlier. The first night, room service did not come in and clean, after we talked with them about it, they did it after that. The swimming pool was outdoors and did not look that clean so we decided against it. The gym room was too hot when my brother went to exercise. They said they sold laundry pods but when my dad asked, the staff said they did not and had no idea what he was talking about. They did have a laundry room but one of their machines was broken so we had to drive into a different part of town to a laundromat. Other than that, the suite was nice.
