They’ll provide you a room # and door code. Door handle should be opened quickly after entering in the given code. Whoever books the accommodation should have a license or passport ready to scan. The rooms are smaller but had everything we needed for a nice stay. Beautiful interiors and very comfortable to sleep. Would definitely come back! (1,742 reviews) We were moved from one room to another due to a very loud wedding or party next door. Both rooms needed maintenance -night bulbs out, drains stopped up. The room was generally clean just worn. Sad to see such an iconic hotel this way! The courteous staff, lush vegetation and experiential cabana rooms will entice us to return again.
