The staff were lovely. Except they seem to be overworked. Requests was made and acknowledged, but never came to fruition. Also, the pool was closed and it was really unclear what the amenities were. It was difficult to figure out where to get ice and it was sad that there was a refrigerator in freezer in the unit and no ice cube tray to make your own ice
Location is amazing and enjoyed this stay.
