### Villa Picpoul by Villa Plus

Located in the picturesque French village of Pinet, Villa Picpoul is a delightful 4 bedroom villa offering classic and spacious interiors and a lovely pool. There’s a bakery and a pizza restaurant in the village less than 5 minutes’ stroll from the villa, and endless and varied excursions await within a short drive. It's just a 15 minute drive from the popular town of Pézenas, with its wonderful market and abundance of cafes, and a mere 20 minutes from the seaside resorts of Cap d’Agde and Sète. The Pinet region is famous for its white and the village is consequently surrounded by vineyards and there are 3 Wineries/Domaines selling their wines all within a 10 minute walk from the villa. WiFi and air conditioning/heating in all the bedrooms are included.  
  
Villa Picpoul is set in the peaceful village of Pinet, renowned for its production of the famous Picpoul de Pinet wine. The Pinet region is renowned for its white wines, and the village is surrounded by picturesque vineyards. Within a 10 minute walk from the villa, you’ll find three wineries/domaines offering their delightful wines. The beautiful town of Pézenas, a 15 minute drive away, is a must-see with its pretty streets lined with cafes and restaurants and a stunning Saturday market. Varied seaside resorts are only a 20 minute drive away, including the lively resort of Cap d’Agde and the authentic fishing resort of Sète. Explore the beautiful sun-drenched historical cities of Béziers, Montpellier, and Carcassonne, with its world-famous medieval fortified city, all within an hour’s drive.
