"The outside of the hotel and lobby were decently nice. However, my room was atrocious. The top lock had been ripped off, the door to the adjoining room didn’t lock and they had pushed a desk against it. Shower was covered in scum, dust and grime on doors and floor. Stuff on the floor, stained sheets. ..."

"Upon arriving we were given a different room from what was reserved. Once given a room comparable, it was dirty. Floors were dirty and room smelled very musty. This was the second year in a row we had problems. Staff was friendly but seems expensive to have these kind of problems"
