Perched on a hillside surrounded by pine forest, enjoy breathtaking mountain vistas from multiple viewing decks. Inside, soaring cathedral ceilings with warm wood finishes create a cozy yet spacious retreat. The open concept living area features large windows framing the mountains like living artwork. A wood-burning stove keeps things toasty on cool evenings.

Collect all trash around the cabin to take to the transfer site or home with you. Please refer to the Transfer Site page in Welcome Book.

We don’t have pavement, we have mud and snow, so we ask that shoes are removed because the house is carpeted.
Please close and lock all windows and doors when you leave the cabin.
Please do not keep any food in your vehicles to not encourage the wildlife from breaking in for a snackie. 🐻🐿️🦝

The home is large, well appointed, and clean. Be aware that there are 37 steps.There were three issues of concern:The description of amenities twice says washer and dryer are included, but when we asked, we were told that we could only access the washer and dryer if we rented for two weeks.The description of amenities describes the kitchen as "fully appointed", but the dishwasher  had a sign "DO NOT USE", with the waste basket in front of it, blocking the usage and/or the ability to open the dishwasher.There is a sign where you pull up to the parking space which has a picture of a revolver, and reads:"THIS HOME IS PROTECTED BY THE GOOD LORD AND A GUNIF YOU COME HERE TO STEAL OR DO HARM YOU MIGHT MEET BOTH OF THEM"Marc McSweeney
