UNA VERGUENZA TOTAL!! NO VAYAN!!

Una vergüenza el hotel, nada pero nada de lo que indican en su pagina es así, no anda la calefacción, nos quejamos y nos dieron otra habitación donde tampoco andaba, decían que la caldera estaba prendida pero tardaba, totalmente mentira, ya que a la mañana del tercer día seguía sin calentar, una vergüenza!!! ojala no ESTAFEN mas a la gente, los servicios que detallaban en la pagina no estaban disponible, la pileta climatizada estaba apagada, el spa no funcionada, los yacuzzis no estaban y el gimnasio desapareció, muy mala predisposición de los empleados y tratan mal a todos los huéspedes.

No se respetó el precio de HOTELES.COM, CUIDADO!

A la hora de pagar se me cargó un 21% adicional de IVA, del cual no se me aviso ni a la hora de reservar ni al confirmar mi reserva. Solicito a HOTELES.COM y al hotel AUSTRALIS que se hagan cargo de esa diferencia y me sea devuelta. Saludos cordiales, Patricio.

Lo peor que me paso en exper de hotel / apart

Experiencia pésima. No vuelvo mas, caro, sucio, piscina verde, desayuno incompleto, sin Aire acondicionado y ventilador que no funciona. Llegamos y no había heladera y el microondas sin perillas.

La ubicación muy buena y el personal de primera por su cordialidad. La habitación chica sin ventilación el ventilador de techo no tiraba aire, no tenía aire acondicionado. El baño en malas condiciones. La verdad que por el precio que pagamos la habitación era pésima

Lindo fin de semana en Cariló

Tuvimos problemas con el agua tanto caliente como fria de la habitación. La fria era escasa y con poca presión y la caliente apenas un chorrito. No me gustó el reglamento del establecimiento, estaba escrito de una manera muy dura, podrían decir lo mismo pero en vez de ordenar, hacerla de una manera más suave y cordial. El desayuno era bueno y el personal muy atento y servicial.
