"This is an excellent Four Points. I’ve been to some that need some help, but this is a very clean, organized, friendly hotel. The pillows and mattress are excellent. And sleeping well is the most important part of a stay. Restaurant/bar is nice and handy as is the free airport shuttle. Absolutely recommend this hotel."

"I was headed down to San Tan Valley to catch up with wife as we awaited the birth of granddaughter number 3. I was enroute from Reno and about 2 1/2 hours into my 13-hour trip when my truck through an error code. Reached out to our host, who immediately replied. After leaving my truck in Las Vegas to get repaired and grabbing a rental car, I showed up at what we called "The Beach House," We totally enjoy our 15-day stay and had no issues. The rest of the story! Our two granddaughters, also waiting for little sister to show, probably enjoyed the Beach House the most. They picked out there rooms as soon as they stopped by, prepping for their sleepover nights. We visited and spent time in the pool at least 3-times a day! The pool never needed to be heated, that to the time temperatures Arizona is known for every day, even when there was cloudy cover all day. The choice of pool floats was endless, from noodles to adult floating lounge tubes. Games and puzzles were next up, when our preset pool time ended, all supply by the host. There is a never-ending supply of towels, both for bathing and swimming, and we took advantage of the washer and dryer to see it stayed that way, you know how many towels kids can use in a day? About 3-each!!! The barbeque was greatly appreciated and the request to clean prior to check-out was quick and simple. All the tools needed for both cooking and clean were also provided. We look forward to staying again in the future,,,"
