"We stayed Memorial Day evening. We booked the hotel for the pool (with two little kids) and it was closed. Checkin wasn't the most helpful. We then came down for continental breakfast that we were told cost $12/person. Just too many things that weren't great, wish we would've booked elsewhere."

"Amazingly friendly staff! Breakfast was busy on the weekend so they were trying to keep up with the food. Pool was warm and clean. Our keys stopped working at one point, but staff was quick to fix it and apologized about their system giving everyone key issues that day."

"Excellent location with Hy-Vee very close and a park across the street. Comfortable beds - slightly steep stairs to the upper bedrooms. Excellent communication and the only confusion was with the pet fee showing a different amount in guide than what was quoted and charged. Would stay again!"
