Electrics didn’t work - was told (at 1pm) that the electrician would be there at 5 to fix it!! So we couldn’t use the apartment
Key stopped working - it was blamed on mobile phone which was in a different bag
Very wobbly stairs to first floor
Pool area was nice
Scruffy urbanisation
We couldn’t risk staying for one night
Contacted reception and explained we wanted a refund but have heard nothing so far
