"Everything was perfect, nice hotel in front of a shopping center and close to airport. Nice amenities. Spa, gym. Front desk person was not that friendly to be honest so it didn’t leave a good impression. She was on the shift on Thursday August 27th at around 9:30 pm. Don’t remember her name. Anyway, for hospitality industry this is unacceptable. No big deal but you guys need to address this. Everything else was perfect. Thanks!"

"Convenient location, easily reachable by public transportation or by foot. Beautiful view from bar on the 13th floor and from room as well (room on the 12th floor). "It's a lovely family run hotel. The team are all lovely and extremely helpful. The hotel itself is modern enough and well presented. I found the bed extremely comfortable. The bar is a nice environment to relax in. The restaurant wasn't serving dinner but they arranged for a delivery of food and set up a table for me to eat it in the restaurant. The food they recommended was delicious and a good price. There is plentiful free parking, which includes a Tesla charging point. There is step free access via a secure back door (must use key card) to get your bags from the car to your floor. The only downside is proximity to the train station. I was woken up at 05:50 one morning by a train sounding the horn. Otherwise, I highly recommend the hotel. I was staying her for work in Sered for 4 nights and it provided everything I needed"
