Our group of 14 from one year-old to age 70 fit in the house just right. The local beach worked out perfectly with a quaint cocktail bar, great sand and not overly crowded. The host lives 90 minutes away and therefore a concierge service handles the logistics locally.Unfortunately, we experienced some logistical issues and a difficult host. One bed was broken and unusable.
