The view was great but anything else was subpar. The room was small. The bathroom was very small and the shower had mold in several places.
The hotel is at the old town and the taxi cannot reach it so be prepared to walk with your suitcases. At night it was very loud until 3am with music from the surrounding bars.
The staff was polite and helpful.

Staff amazing
especially Jennifer ( Baby Bear ) made us feel very welcome & provided exceptional service
John the Chef was great too , he couldn’t do enough for us & has a tremendous passion for his food
Nickolas our sever , always smiled & was very attentive
Our Room with the pool was very nice , but wouldn’t stay in any other room there
Hotel in general was too far away from the Santorini we all love & see photos of
My suggestion is to stay on the Cliffs at Fira or Oia for a few nights , for the magical Sunsets , Restaurant's & Shopping
Then go & rest up at Splendor Resort & feel the LOVE ❤️
