"From the moment we arrived, our experience at The Merchants House Hotel was nothing short of delightful. We were warmly welcomed by Angela, a lovely and attentive member of staff who set the tone for our stay. She provided us with a detailed map of Tallinn and gave excellent recommendations on what to see and where to go—such a thoughtful and helpful start!
Our room was spotless and comfortable, offering a peaceful retreat after exploring the city. Breakfast was a highlight each morning, with a varied menu that catered to different tastes and added a touch of indulgence to our stay.
The hotel itself is steeped in history and perfectly located in the heart of Tallinn’s Old Town, making it an ideal base for discovering the charm and character of the city. You truly feel immersed in the culture from the moment you step outside.
Overall, we had a fantastic stay. A heartfelt thank you to the entire hotel team for their warmth, courtesy, and genuine hospitality. We’re already looking forward to returning soon!

"I loved Tallinn so much and staying at this hotel was a great choice. Location was perfect for walking around old town. The whole staff was great, especially Yulia who works mornings at the breakfast/cafe. "
"Very modern upscale Hotel. Five minute walk to Old Tallinn ( Vana Tallin) Viru gate. Beautiful pool and hot tub.
Shopping center nearby and food court.
Would definitely stay here again."
"We stayed for one night as a family of 4, with two children. The room was good size with a large master bed, a big sofa bed and a cot for the baby. There was a coffee machine in the room but no kettle to make tea, which is the only downside in the room facilities. Breakfast was good, with selection of savoury and sweet dishes. Costumer service was also good. The price was also reasonable compared to other hotels during that period. We would definitely come back. "
