There was some sort of daily service but the room wasn't vacuumed and towels not changed for the entiredurationof our stay. It seemd the room attendant would just empty bins and tidy up the room.
Water bottle was replenished only on the second day, however there always was a jug with water in the corridor so it wasn't a problem for us.

The hotel is in a great location, close to restaurant, shops and all of the sights. Rooms are clean and a good size, with relatively comfortable beds. We were only in Zurich for one evening before flying home and this was a great hotel selection. You’re close to the train station (700 m), although we took a 15 minute UBER to the airport.

The hotel sits high in the village with breathtaking views and feels like something from the past. The building is old but well maintained to be a lovely experience. We had an older style room but our friends had a modern decor room which makes me think they are updating rooms. The staff were wonderful and could not be more helpful. We were very happy with this hotel.

I booked this hotel thinking it was near the train station but was about 15mins away. Found it difficult to access as went in to the shopping centre which it is attached to but no signage. The receptionist when we arrived was so helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we had all the information ...
